Job Deion:

Public Relation & Special Event:

1.Assist Assistant PR manager for event planning related work: information collection, event concept development, vendor sourcing, document preparation, etc.

2.Assist Assistant PR manager to communicate supervision and co-operate with event agency & 3rd parties (hotel, catering, logistic etc.)

3.Event on-site execution and quality control.

4.Event review report and closing file preparation.

Administrative:

1.Daily document preparation: PR stock management, event closing file, PO and payment follow ups.

2.Establish and maintain effective and smooth working relationships with other departments & stores Others:

3.Coordinate and work closely with team member of Communication department to implement communication activities. Profile:

4.University degree, preferably in foreign study or French majoring background

5.At least 3 years above of Public Relation/Marketing experience in multinational retail prestige industry or in leading event agency.

6. Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English & French in both oral & written

7.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill with good team spirit

8.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point Competencies:

9.Friendly, outgoing & optimistic personality

10.Hard working and detailed oriented

11.With good team spirit

12.Enjoy business travel
